This is Me

Age: It is not age so much as it is your attitude

Weight: I'm a toned 150

Height: 5'11"

I will tell you that I am just me. I don't proclaim to be a movie star or the next Einstein. I've made great achievements in my life, but that is something you find out over time. Life is something to enjoy to our fullest capabilities. I for one am doing just that. I don't ask you to march to my drum just be yourself. Don't pretend and don't lie. It's the little things that catch my eye.

You stride where I may fall, asking not for me to keep up, but slowing you pace, that is why I call you Friend,

Over the years through the laughter and all of the tears, we stand tall holding one another, that is why I call you Friend.

My Favorites

Actor: Tom Hanks. In a way we kind of grew up together; as I grew he grew into an Oscar winning actor.

Actress: Kathy Bates, She's an accomplished actress who I think does very well with all the rolls she has portrayed.

Artist: Albert Bierstatd, he's an early American Artist.

Author: Anne McCaffrey She is a Science Fiction/ Fantasy writer.

Book: The Lottery Rose by Irene Hunt.

Car: This would be the 1935 Classic Caddy. It is and always shall be my favorite car.

Color: Hmmm, I wonder what that could be.... Well since my whole web domain is dominantly blue.... You figure it out.

Foods: Growing up on a cattle ranch, I've had my fill of Beef. Don't get me wrong the occasional steak or burger is great but I much prefer: Pastas, anything barbecued, Fish, Pork, chicken and such.

Interests:

One of my favorite past times is to travel. I have traveled all across the continental US, I have also toured to parts of Canada and Mexico. Some of my favorite places to travel are:

New Orleans LA. Washington D.C. Seattle WA

I enjoy writing short stories. mostly fictional or fantasy. Most of them are for just my personal use but have had a few published. Its a good release for frustrations and just relax.

I love to play computer strategy games, such as: Sim City3000, Age of Empires II, Sim Isle, Civilization, Caesar III, just to name a few.

Another thing I really like doing is reading. Usually sticking to Sci-fi, Fiction, and Fantasy; I try to read as mush as possible. Though these days I listen to more books on tape then anything.

As long as I can remember, I've loved to do art. I draw using pencil, charcoals, and pastels. I also do paintings in acrylic and oils. Starting to dabble in photography a little. I've won several ribbons over the years for my art work.

Growing up in the Mountains of Colorado, I have an inherit trait to basically loving the great outdoors.

I also enjoy working on my web page.. Does it show? I spend several hours a week doing different things to it. Ever learning and changing, always trying to improve it for you. Please feel free to give me suggestions to what you might like to see.
