Pricing: Top

We charge $120/page - Plus, $800 - flat fee, per web site, for concept layout development phase. These pages are static pages, information only.

E-commerce Site: Top

$150/page - Development cost only, (does not include any Flash). Plus, $800 flat fee, per web site, for concept layout development phase. Does not include any additional fees or on-going charges for: Merchant Accts / Shopping Carts / Secure Certificates / Etc.

Flash Site: Top

$75/Hour - Plus, $800 - flat fee, per web site, for concept layout development phase.

Concept Fee: Top

$800 per Web Site (For the custom design concept and the organization of the site's navigational layout). Includes: color scheme, mastheads, navigational menus, search engine optimization-analysis integration of keywords, consulting on web content, resizing of photos graphics as needed to fit design, Alt Tags on photos graphics (up to 20 included), Favicon icon, resource links (up to 10 included), cross browser testing, and uploading to host. Please Note: Flash design programming is NOT included in the Concept Fee.

Content Management Site: Top

$75/Hour - Plus, Installation Fee: $100, includes setup of MySQL database and setup of administrator access.  No technical support provided. (Only available if hosted with Illumn8.com)

Blogs: Top

$75/Hour, Installation Fee: $100, includes setup of MySQL database and setup of administrator access. No technical support provided. (Only available if hosted with illum8.com).

Development of Content/Verbiage: Top

$30/Hour - Writing meaningful, professional text content for your web site can be time consuming and difficult. We can help, with our many years of experience in writing content for all types of businesses.

Scanning Images: Top

$10/Image - Any adjustments to or customizing of images are an additional cost and will be billed at our current hourly rate.

Stock Photography: Top

$15/Image, Per image fee plus our current hourly rate for time spent selecting, customizing and integrating images into the Web site.

Web Site (Only) Logos: Top

600/per logo - Only one logo composition provided, per fee. Logos are designed specifically for Web Site Display at 72 DPI.

Print/Web Logo Design: Top

100% Unique and Original $1500.00 - Logo design includes the following:

  • Four unique logo design choices (mock-ups) for you to choose from
  • File formats for web and off-line home/office and professional print use.
  • Grayscale version of your new logo supplied to allow you to apply for trademark status if you so choose.
  • Pantone colors used for your new logo as standard, designed in either one, two, three, four/full color.
  • Professional print quality file formats supplied ready for you to hand direct to your printer of choice.

SEO Ranking Engines: Top

$500 - Includes: six consecutive months of once a month manual submission to Hundreds of Ranking Engines.

  • Extensive review of site checking for common problems that prevent listings.
  • consultation on optimizing site's text content to reflect keywords.
  • Making certain each page's title to reflects the content and keywords.

Domain Name Registration: Top

  • $50 - 2 years(minimum)
  • $100 - 5 years
  • $175 - 10 years

Maintenance or Modifications: Top
